Refund Policy

StoreShots provides credits in two ways: credits included with a subscription (which reset each billing cycle and do not roll over), and one-time credit packs you can buy separately (which do not expire while your account is active). Credits are digital content, delivered instantly and consumed the moment you generate an asset, so purchases are generally non-refundable. This policy explains the limited circumstances in which we refund, and your rights under applicable consumer law.

1. All Sales Are Final

Credits and subscription payments are for a digital service that is made available and used immediately. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

2. Cancellation & Unused Credits (UK/EU Cooling-Off)

As a consumer you may have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase of digital content under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (or equivalent EU law). Because credits are supplied immediately, this works as follows:

  • One-time credit packs: you may request a refund of a credit-pack purchase within 14 days only if you have not used any credits since that purchase. By starting to use credits you expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel for credits already used — after that, the purchase is non-refundable.
  • Subscription credits: you pay for the subscription itself, and its credits are part of that plan. They reset each cycle and are not separately refundable, whether used or unused. You can cancel future renewals at any time (see below).

Where a refund is due, it is returned to your original payment method through our payment processor. To request one, contact support with your account email and order details.

3. Defective or Failed Generations

If a generation fails to produce an image, the credit for that item is automatically returned to your balance. If an individual output is clearly defective (for example, badly misrendered text), you must submit it through the in-app Report feature to request a credit re-issue. This is the only way to request one — it lets us review the specific output, and requests sent by email or any other channel cannot be processed. Approved re-issues are provided as credits (not a cash refund), at our reasonable discretion. See how credit re-issues work. Dissatisfaction with an otherwise-delivered result — such as a creative or stylistic preference — is not grounds for a re-issue.

4. Subscriptions & Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access and any remaining subscription credits until the end of the current paid period. We do not provide partial-period refunds, and unused subscription credits are not refundable and do not roll over to the next period.

5. Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges

If you believe you were charged in error, more than once, or without authorization, contact us at support@storeshots.co within 30 days and we will investigate and correct genuine billing errors.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute — most issues are resolved quickly. Filing a fraudulent chargeback for credits you have used may result in suspension of your account.

7. Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence. Where such laws require a remedy we do not otherwise offer, we will honor it.
