Why results aren't always perfect

AI image generation is evolving

We use advanced AI models to create your screenshots. While they produce stunning results most of the time, they can occasionally misrender text, place elements incorrectly, or produce unexpected layouts.

Text rendering challenges

AI models sometimes struggle with non-Latin characters (Turkish, Arabic, CJK) or long headlines. We're continuously improving our prompts to address this.

Complex compositions

Screenshots with many UI elements, floating cards, or detailed decorations are more challenging for AI. Simpler layouts tend to produce more consistent results.

Reference matching

When using 'Inspired by' mode, the AI tries to replicate a reference design. Complex references with intricate details may not be replicated perfectly.

How to request a credit refund

Go to Activity

Navigate to the Activity page from the sidebar. Find the task with the problematic result.

Click into the task

Open the task to see all generated frames.

Report the frame

Hover over the problematic frame and click the 'Report' button that appears.

Select the issue

Choose what went wrong: wrong text, bad layout, low quality, wrong colors, etc.

Wait for review

Our team will review your report. If the issue is confirmed, your credit will be refunded automatically.

What qualifies for a refund

Eligible

  • Wrong or missing headline text
  • Characters rendered incorrectly
  • Phone mockup tilted or distorted
  • Layout doesn't match selected style
  • Blurry or low quality output
  • Reference style not followed

Not eligible

  • Subjective design preferences
  • Wanting a completely different style
  • Issues caused by low-quality input screenshots
  • Results already downloaded and used
