Account data: your name, email address, and password (stored hashed). If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic Google profile and email.

Content you provide: screenshots, images, prompts, and text you upload or enter to generate assets.

Billing data: purchases and subscription status. Card payments are handled entirely by our third-party payment processor — we never receive or store your full card details.

Usage data: tasks you run, activity logs, IP address, and basic analytics collected via cookies (e.g. Google Analytics) to operate and improve the Service.

We use your information to provide and operate the Service, generate your requested outputs, manage your account and credits, process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, send transactional and support emails, comply with legal obligations, and improve the Service.

To generate your assets, the images and prompts you submit are transmitted to and processed by trusted third-party AI providers solely to perform the requested task. We share only what is necessary, and these providers process your content under their own terms. Please do not upload content you are not permitted to share with automated processors.

We share limited data with the vendors that help us operate the Service — including our payment processor, email delivery provider, cloud storage and content-delivery provider, sign-in and analytics providers, and the AI providers described above. Each receives only the data needed to perform its function. We do not sell your personal information.

We retain account, transaction, and generated-asset data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and comply with legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location (including under the GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@storeshots.co. You may also disable cookies in your browser, though some features may not work as intended.

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including by our providers. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are effective when we update the "Last updated" date above.
